These cans of sealant are for emergencies only, of course and if you can pump up the tire and drive to get it fixed or change the flat with the spare that is the best option. In your particular case, sounds like the can was dropped or otherwise damaged.

Most stores have these things so just buy another at Walmart or such and get on with life. The only thing incomprehensible in your missive was something about a "play date." Pray tell, what in the world is that all about?

Bought a gander mountain jacket. Good product, however when i noticed that the zipper pocket was broken gander mountain did not stand by their 100% guarantee even though it was a manufacturer defect. As a thru hiker I cannot express how disappointed i was with the customer service and company policy. I would not recommend any gander mountain product if you expect reliability.

Worse customer service ever! I bought a brand new crossbow today for $650 and drove 2 hours home. When I got home I realized there were pieces missing from the box so I called the store. Spoke to the store manager and the salesman and both said there was nothing they could do - call the manufacturer! They will never see my money again !

Yea. I paid my bill, by phone , on time, and over one half of what I owed using a debit card. I was told "There is a $9 fee for customer service" Gee, what service. What percentage of my total bill is $9. Well, it's over 21%. ( and that's each time I pay with a debit card over the phone.) OK. So this goes very far to speak of the kind of company your dealing with. "Let the buyer beware" . A good line of advise. I'll never do business again with this ripoff organization. To pay $9 for the...."privilege" of doing business with them is a price too much. Never again!

Gander Mountain - Sweatshirt Review from Horseheads, New York

I had ordered a carhart sweatshirt one for my husband and dad. I received the same size for both. When I called customer service I explained the situation and asked if she could mail out the correct size and the other one would be returned she told me the only way to get one was to order another one she was very rude about it! I also never received my gift cards from ordering there either. I will prob never shop there Again

Same comment as others, told to just return the item if it breaks in the year. My son purchased the protection plan for his BB Gun. It broke and we tried to return it to the store and were told to call the 800#. We were then told they would e-mail us a shipping label. Some how I got the e-mail telling me they would send me the shipping label, but never got a shipping label. I called back and they said they would send another one. I asked to have it mailed to me rather than e-mail. This to never arrived and by the time I called back the contract was closed and there was nothing they could do. I hope Gander Mountain prides it's self on taking money from a 7 year old!!!
