I ordered a C208 7.62 over the phone. I took delivery at a local Gander Mountain. When I got home, it occurred to me that I had failed to check the caliber. It was a .308. I called the next day and asked for an exchange with me paying the freight as I had just purchased 500 rounds of 7.62 ammo. No. It is agaist store policy. Guess that screwing a customer is policy.

I walked in the store in Dothan Alabama four people behind the counter looked as if it was two managers and two cashiers.I wanted to puchase a pair of sunglasses. I stood at the glass case for 15 minutes and these employees was 10 feet away. Never ask can I help you. Lesson learned won't be back

The Gander Mountain in Lakeville, MN was one of the worst experiences I've had when trying to return an item with a receipt. The manager was terrible rude and the staff was very difficult to deal with. They were not willing to help me at all in any way. I will never shop here again due to terrible customer service.
