I bought a Smith & Wesson 22 on Nov. 27th,2015.
The slide had a gap and I took it back on Dec. 1st. They said they had to send it back to S&W and it would be 4-6 weeks. 2 months later I call to check.
No gun. 3 months I call. No gun. I ask for S&W phone number.
They refuse. I googled S&W and called them. They didn't get gun until Jan. 13.
But would be sending a brand new gun cause the other was not usable. Feb. goes by and no gun. I called the first week of March and manager said as soon as it arrives he will call.
I received no call or messages saying the gun was there. I called S&W on Mar. 21 and they said the gun was in Kentucky. I called Gander Mtn.
Customer service and a nice guy named Matt checked on everything and called me back and said it had been at my local store for 2 weeks. I go to pick it up and the store manager said his employees called me 3 times. I told him there were no messages and he said "if they said they called, they called." I asked was he calling me a liar and he said "I believe my employees." I am furious and will NEVER go to that store again!!!!
Why would I make payments on a gun that I did not have and him say that I knew the gun was there for 2 weeks!!!

Poor quality product, even worse customer service!
Their satisfaction guarantee is a lie! I have been trying to get my defective Gander Mountain blind replaced, but have been told because I have no receipt there is nothing anyone can do.
I have snapshots of the Gander 100% Guarantee and no where in the guarantee is there ANY reference about needing a receipt for a return on defective items. I would like my defective, Gander Mountain, blind replaced. I paid over $150 for something that barely lasted me 4 months.
I bought this blind after doing much research about quality blinds. I guess I will not be recommending this company as others have and switch to a better brand that will stand behind its products and their 100% guarantee.

I have had the exact same experience with Gander on my last four CCI Mini-Mag online orders! Broken sleeves every time and my last order was soaking wet as if it was left out in the rain or something. I will never do business with these clowns ever again!
