Tried talking to fishing associate but he just blew off everything I said and offered no help once i said i didnt want a credit card. He said i could choose any rod from a display then offered the CC i said i had bad credit, then he said oh and said to shop around and he walked away. No other help, i got no help with correct rod, line or bait. i left and went to cabelas got plenty of help even... Read more

Little rock store customer service sucks the store had maybe 3 customers in whole store and about a dozen employees walking around not one time did one of those employees ask if me or my buddy needed help or wanted to look at something this is not the first time this has happened at this store will never go back Add comment

Bought rifle they installed scope mount,rifle would not fire when contacted only interested in extended warranty turns out screws in mounts to long Add comment

purchased 2 $70.00 chairs with the gander Mt logo, one of the chairs fell apart with about 12 hours of use. Raleigh store where we purchased them refused to do anything even to exchange the chair since we did not buy the warranty on it. The second chair had a s few the was so ruff that it ripped a hole in my dress when I sat in it the first time. The service desk clerk said she could not help us... Read more

On July 3 2015 I went to the Sheffield village store in ohio. The store opens at 9:00am I enter store at 9:20 and go to the firearms counter to get the .22 special of a 325 count box. Buyer Beware!!! I order the Mossberg Blaze-47 from the online picture at Gander Mountain because the picture showed the gun with a collapsible stock. My 8 year old nephew asked me to take him shooting and this would be the perfect gun for him. When I picked up the gun and took it home it had a fixed stock which would be too long for him. I was in the Fenton Mo. store at 8:45 pm 5/09/15. Was seriously trying to possibly buy a firearm, the employees at this location seemed to be more interested in talking with there friends more than being helpful. We entered the store at 8:15 on a Friday night to purchase Costa sunglasses. Three separate times we asked to have the glass case opened. After 25 minutes and no help we left. There were two employees present and both disinterested in helping. Add comment

Wanted to buy a firearm, I live far away from the store. Bought one, then went to pick it up after 3 day hold, guy talked me out of it. Left store without gun, went back after doing more research and said I want it still, now it's past the 30 days I had to pick it up, have to reapply, didn't have time, left store....went back to store, looked again, guy said don't buy it, go rent a gun somewhere... Seriously understaffed.....several other issues but never again. I can order online from many other sources and not have the hassles......very disappointed. Add comment
