Don't buy from Gander Mtn! Don't buy from Gander Mtn! I can't even begin to tell you what a screw up they have been. Ordered a Liberty gun save. Received no invoice or tracking number. Went to a gander Mountain store in Fargo North Dakota to buy 2 Weaver scopes on sale didn't have any I asked why, we can order from our warehouse I was told The Warehouse has 250 of them and you wonder why people shop other places Add comment

Their satisfaction guarantee is a lie! I have been trying to get my defective Gander Mountain blind replaced, but have been told because I have no receipt there is nothing anyone can do. I have snapshots of the Gander 100% Guarantee and no where in the guarantee is there ANY reference about needing a receipt for a return on defective items. I bought a micro av got it home first one would not work at all (wrong language on screen) Got a new one with summit protection plan 2yrs. Place sucks a hassle for them to match prices even though i had the onfo in my hand.. the wrong price was on the shelf tag and wouldnt honor the tagged price.. Add comment

I went to purchase a scope and a case for rifle, they only had display model which had no working batteries, the sup. on duty didn't even want to talk to me after asking employee about discount since item was not working, new scopes come with working batteries so why would I have to purchase them on my own. Worse customer service ever! I bought a brand new crossbow today for $650 and drove 2 hours home. When I got home I realized there were pieces missing from the box so I called the store. Spoke to the store manager and the salesman and both said there was nothing they could do - call the manufacturer! They will never see my money again ! Add comment

Yea. I paid my bill, by phone , on time, and over one half of what I owed using a debit card. I was told "There is a $9 fee for customer service" Gee, what service. What percentage of my total bill is $9. Well, it's over 21%. ( and that's each time I pay with a debit card over the phone.) OK. I have now tried to purchase two different things from gander mountain (The drake down best and the drake old school down coat last year). Both were cheaper than anywhere else. A month later they tell me that they no longer have my size. In the mean time all the other stores have ran out of my size. I will not purchase anything else from this store.
