Extremely rude, inept, and condescending employees at the North Charleston, SC. I was in the shoe department for 10 minutes and the employee helped everyone except for me. The cashier was rude and could not even tell me the original price of the "clearance" shoes. Add comment

I went to the Kingston NY GM store after verifying with 2 different stores that they had the bow I wanted in stock. It showed in there system "1-3 in stock". When visiting the Gander Mountain store in Sterling Heights Michigan on, I believe it was Tuesday December 30th 2014 and then again on January 5th 2015, I was astounded by the performance and lack of professionalism of the elderly gentleman that worked in the firearms area of the store. I was called a *** cause i wanted my rifle to be fixed or a refund. Keepin mind I have never shot the rifle. It wouldn't extract the first bullet I chambered. They seem like they don't want to stand behind their products. I wouldn't incorage anyone to purchase a firearm from a company like this. Add comment

Saw a Ruger LC9 lasermax on GM website for $479, with $50 gift card. Went to Indianapolis store, looked at other guns decided on Ruger. Employee said they did not make the Ruger with Lasermax fitted but they had them as 2 separate items. I left an hour later with Ruger with Lasermax. Went to store on Quebec St. Ft Worth, TX. On a Friday. Wanted to order a gun found at another store and have shipped there, was told they didn't do that (lie 1). The Fayetteville NC Store, IS NOT a place anyone should do any form of business with, especially the firearms section. I found a handgun from another store's advertisement and asked if they would price match. They clerk there said YES we do. I showed him the ad and when saw the price I was met with ..." I went to your store in Dickson city,Pa and I bought a safe for a fair price at 320.and change and first the associate that sold the safe was the manager and sold me the wrong one. Purchased a jacket at Gander Mountain and was sold a Summit Protection Plan as "if the item breaks just bring it back to the store for a replacement". After about 50 days the zipper broke and we returned to the store and found out that this was not the case.
